ORDERING AOG PRODUCTS BY MAIL
It's easy to order some AOG products by
mail, electronic mail, or fax! However, before you get started, please
note the following:
- You must have a valid Mastercard or Visa (NOT American Express or
Discover) if ordering by any means
other than regular mail. If using regular postal mail, you can send a money
order (US funds only). We will NOT accept a personal check by mail, and we
will NOT accept foreign funds of any type. Do not send cash through the mail,
either. If you do, you accept all risks and consequences if the cash is stolen
in transit.
- If you live outside the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand,
or Europe, you cannot currently order Babylon 5 Wars merchandise. This
is due to the
segmented licensing system used by Warner Bros. for all Babylon 5 related
products. We are working on extending the license to include other areas,
but
have not met with much success to date. (Star Fleet Battles, Starsiege, and
other products can be ordered from anywhere.) Note:
Please do not ship B5W products outside the countries listed above. You are
breaking the law if you do.
- You are responsible for any shipping and handling charges which apply
to your order. However, this will vary depending on the order's size and
destination as well as the size of the box we have to ship it in. Thus, it
is impossible to list exact figures for shipping and handling costs. Shipping
charges should work out to be approximately 7-10% of your total order
(in the USA), though in general, larger orders will cost less. Expect to
add a few percentage points for Canada and quite a few more for overseas
shipments! Ohio residents must also add 6.25% sales tax.
- In all cases, allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Note that it will normally
take only 1-2 weeks, but there is always a chance you'll order while we're
temporarily out of stock or the mail order guy is out of town. In such cases
you'll be informed by email (if possible) that there will be a delay.
- If at all possible, PLEASE order your products from your local gaming
or hobby store. This supports your local business, which is important, and
keeps the gaming industry operating smoothly. AOG's mail order service is
intended to help those who cannot find our products at any local outlet.

products below, then send a list of items, quantities needed, and total price
(don't include shipping, we will calculate it) to Agents of Gaming using
one of the methods below:
- To order by email, click
here and send your order as
a regular email.
- To order by regular mail, send your order to AOG Inc Mail Order Dept,
PO Box 31571, Dayton OH 45437-0571, USA.
- To order by fax, send the order to (937) 436-2461. There is no need for
a cover sheet, though you should clearly write "MAIL ORDER FOR AOG PRODUCTS,"
or something to that effect, at the top of your fax (otherwise it might be
mistakenly filed as a distributor order).
- Orders by voice phone are not accepted due to the need for documentation
of your order, UNLESS you contact us by email first. If you're hesitant about
sending a credit card number by email, simply email us for info.
Do NOT order any products not shown on the list below. Wait
until the item you want appears on this list and then order it! For security
reasons (YOUR security, that is), we will not hang onto your credit card
numbers, so you will need to resubmit them with each order.
